It's nearly a year since The Workplace Wellbeing Charter came into being. It's a set of standards for workplace wellbeing which at it's most basic can be used as a checklist for an organisation to see how close they are to the benchmarks and how they can make improvements in supporting the wellbeing of their staff.

London Creativity and Wellbeing week from the 4-12th June 2015 has a range of events some of which could provide food for ideas for the HR personnel in your workplace. Some events will be opportunities for people new to this work to learn about the ways in which creativity can affect health. Whilst other events will simply be a chance to experience how the arts can boost your own wellbeing.
Get out those sketch books, crochet hooks, beads or whatever takes your fancy and get creating at lunch time - it makes you feel good!

The moments for me team spent a fantastic day giving massages at the Horsney music festival. on Saturday 4th July. Throughout the day the team massage over 35 participants and rocked along to the music along the way.
The performances were stunning, especially the rendition in Calypso of My Dear Hornsey. What a great session!
